Quality Assurance Standard

Our goal is to ensure, maintain, and continuously improve the quality of our medical services. As a result, we have structured a number of indicators that allows us to constantly evaluate and improve the quality of services we deliver. 
KMS also regularly conducts client and employee satisfaction surveys to assess:

  • Quality of staff we provided
  • Timeliness of service provided
  • Overall staff satisfaction

Through our quality assurance program we  are able to objectively quantify our performance and make adjustments as needed.
